Field measurements, shop drawings, material requirements and connection details shape the fabrication scope. We focus on the dimensions and interfaces that determine whether a component can be delivered, fitted and installed as planned.
Field welding and building connections
JDS supports structural and miscellaneous steel welding, including concrete tilt-up panel connections, embeds and field-fit work. Send the applicable drawings and weld requirements so qualifications, access and inspection responsibilities can be reviewed for the specific job.
Repairs, retrofits and detailing
Repairs and retrofits need a clear understanding of the existing structure and the intended change. We provide field measurement, layout and steel detailing support, and coordinate with licensed engineers when stamped design is required.

Yes. Include the delivery location, access and installation requirements so the proposal covers the complete requested package.
Can you help when existing dimensions are uncertain?
JDS can include field measurement and layout in the scope. Design decisions and required stamped changes are coordinated with the responsible licensed engineer.
